Our process:

Design Submission: You provide your design information to our in-house CAD team.

CAD Integration: Our team inputs your design into advanced CAD Gerber M Series Sample Maker using ARDEN software.

Precision Cutting: Utilizing our DIGITALFINISHER, we produce a physical 2D or 3D sample (corrugated or foam) within minutes.

Error Reduction: This method significantly minimizes the likelihood of mistakes.

Sample Evaluation: You can review and test the actual sample model.
This streamlined approach ensures both accuracy and efficiency in the creation of physical samples.
The approved file will then be used to create the cutting dies to ensure that the production run has the same dimensions as the approved CAD sample.
Once your sample is completed, we ask you to provide us with an approval to proceed with production. Getting your product to market or items to customers.
